What times do you clean?
We can clean at whatever time you require, we are fully flexible in terms of times and days. We fit our service around your needs.
Can I determine the frequency of cleaning?
Yes. We offer many options of schedules to match the needs of your restaurant. You can set up a one-time cleaning service, or you can take advantage of our reoccurring restaurant cleaning service. We also offer commercial maintenance packages to better support your restaurant and keep it running smoothly.

Can you provide us with references?
Yes of course, we can provide testimonials and references on request
What’s your hourly rate?
We don’t have standard rates. Our competitive prices are tailored to your needs so that you don’t pay for anything you don’t need. Also for big jobs, we offer 30 day payment arrangements – if needed.
How do you price your quote?
Quotes are priced differently. We will arrange a time and date which suits you so we take a quick look around which shouldn’t take long. This is then turned into a cleaning proposal which is sent to you by email or text
Are you insured?
Yes! We are fully licensed, insured, bonded and in compliance with all local regulations
Do you uses environmentally friendly products?
Most of our products have been selected to meet the highest standards in cleaning and health and safety.
How do you price your quote?

Do you offer emergency cleaning services?
Are job done in one session?
Most jobs are done in few hours, however, deep cleaning may require more than one visit.
Does someone (from my staff) need to be present while cleaning is done?
No. We can clean before or after business hours, or any time you prefer. Our cleaning services and schedules are tailored to meet your specific needs.
Are you services guaranteed?
We are not satisfied until you’re happy so we offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed, please notify us within 24 hours and we will send the team back at our expense to correct the issue. We are dedicated to ensure consistent, high quality cleaning.
Do you offer cleaning specials, discounts or coupons?
For most part, we don’t. However, we can work with any budget and can offer special payment arrangements when needed.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we arrive with all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary to accomplish task on hand.
What is your service area?
Currently our service is mainly Collin County or 15-20 miles radius of McKinney, however, we have plans to expand to surrounding counties.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
Unfortunately, we cannot ensure accuracy over the phone, so this is not an option. We are available to schedule quotes any day or any time of the week.
What’s your minimum price for a cleaning service?
We simply cannot accept jobs under $100.
Should workers clean up before your crew arrives?
It would be helpful for you to pick up any clutter before we arrive. This will ensure that we clean as much floor space as possible. However, there is no need to clean — we are happy to handle everything for you.
Do I have to sign contract or long term agreement?
No. When you need us, call us! That’s it.
What does your team not clean?
Well, we don’t do dishes, carpet cleaning, restroom cleaning and windows. Anything else, sure!
Do you offer any other services?
Cleaning is all we Do 🙂
